Why My Group exists

Good people are hard to find, and harder still to keep inspired.

The employee benefits market has a gap in it. Not in the number of services on offer, there are plenty of those. The gap is between what is available to employees and what they actually use, understand and feel. Employers invest in platforms and programmes. Employees often do not know what is there. The support exists, but it does not reach people.

My Group was built to close that gap. Not by adding more products, but by making sure the support already in place is genuinely visible, accessible and trusted by the people it is meant for.

My Group is employee owned. There are no external shareholders, no private equity pressures and no short-term return obligations shaping our decisions. The people who work here have a genuine stake in doing things well, which naturally shifts the focus towards long-term value rather than short-term volume.
